It was because of this that he noticed a major issue with the HVAC system that prior inspectors missed and which could have proved a major hazard to myself as well as my new home. There were several other items caught and will now be remediated prior to closing. Dean also followed up immediately after providing his report to go over all of it and fully answered all of my questions and concerns. His report was very detailed, and was sent to us in less than 24 hours. There were a couple of items noted by a plumber who visited after the fact that were omitted from the report, but other than that we were very pleased with the service we received.

Very detail-oriented and thorough. They identified and addressed many minor issues as well as a few major ones. The service was excellent, and the work was done very professionally. I truly appreciate the great service and a job well done!

Dean missed some obvious things. After moving into our beach home we turned on exterior shower and had burst pipes in 8 places outside. He never turned on water and that work cost us $2500 to redo. Will not use Shoveltown again.
