Dean was absolutely amazing! I arrived a few minutes early and he was already there. He noted that I didn’t request a radon testing and, with no pressure, shared his thoughts. This was crucial because the property’s basement came back positive for radon! Due to his actions, this was something that the builder needed to address and did. I looked up at the house he was there to inspect and a drone was coming over the roofline! He looked at the whole roof. We walked around the perimeter of the house and he pointed out areas that were a concern and also areas that I should be aware of such as the grade of the land. Going inside he inspected absolutely everything! He tested every electrical outlet, window, and source of water including timing how long the water took to get hot. He showed me how the windows worked for cleaning which was importantly for me. He went into every area of the house including the attic. He also explained how I could keep systems functioning well and long into the future. I can’t begin to share the report that was emailed to me within 24 hours. It was the most comprehensive report I have ever seen including photographs of concerns. Thanks to Dean, even as a brand new home, the areas that had to be addressed prior to purchase were and I am moving in feeling safer and protected. Thank you!
