We needed an inspection for a very old home. Shoveltown produced an extremely thorough report, utilizing a drone to see the chimneys and other technologies to check for water damage. Dean's report was extensive and he spotted a potential issue that other less experienced inspectors might have missed that has the potential to cost us hundreds of thousands to mitigate.
