What Our Clients Say

Foster did a great job. Very knowledgable about all the systems in the home. He was efficient and covered everything. He spent time with me during and after the inspection to explain different features and also how to do the system maintenance going forward. I highly recommend him.

Very thorough job done by the inspector with a clear and concise report with pictures that make understanding the issue very easy. Would highly recommend.

Foster came by for my home inspection (my first home) and was very thorough and very nice. Explained everything to me in simple terms and was very professional throughout. Very happy with his work and the Shoveltown experience.

Foster was great! Highly recommend. Super nice guy and very helpful.

Carlos did a thorough job of inspecting the property, noticing some defects, And letting us know which ones we’re going to be more expensive to fix.

My husband and I just bought our first home and had our home inspection done by Shoveltown Home Inspections. Carlos performed our inspection and we can’t say enough good things about him. He was timely, professional, extremely thorough, and explained everything he was doing/looking for while my husband and I followed along to learn about our new house. The inspection lasted about 2 hours in time. We received our inspection report the same day, in the evening. Highly recommend Shoveltown Home Inspections, Carlos is the best!

Carlos was so amazing to work with! He helped explain everything to us throughout the inspection process and got the report back to us in less than 24 hours! Very friendly and easy to work with, would absolutely recommend. He also did not rush through the inspection and felt he conducted a very thorough look over the entire property as well.

Excellent service by Dean Murphy at Shoveltown. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Provided valuable service and clear explanations!

Dean and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with 🙂 Dean is extremely thorough. It was because of this that he noticed a major issue with the HVAC system that prior inspectors missed and which could have proved a major hazard to myself as well as my new home. There were several other items caught and will now be remediated prior to closing. Dean also followed up immediately after providing his report to go over all of it and fully answered all of my questions and concerns. I cannot express enough of how happy and reassured I am that I chose Shoveltown to do my home inspection, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Dean!!!!

Dean was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Carlos from Shoveltown Home Inspections. He was very thorough and happy to explain his process as he went through our multi-family home inspection. His report was very detailed, and was sent to us in less than 24 hours. There were a couple of items noted by a plumber who visited after the fact that were omitted from the report, but other than that we were very pleased with the service we received.

Always excellent!
