Jeff was great, very informative but also down to earth. Trust the reviews, these guys don't play around! He arrived much earlier than us and had already started on the exterior and basement. He walked through every nook and cranny of the property and at each point, not only taught us the purpose of each structure- or lack there of- and what to do to remedy it. The report was so thorough that we will forever keep it as our new home maintenance guide. We also received the report within the same day of the inspection, which really helped us speed up our transaction and negotiation points. 1000% would recommend!

Very comprehensive inspection, recommendation, and report. Very engaging inspector, who provided a wealth of information that we will use as a punch-list of future repairs and modifications. Inspector was able to explain reasonable corrections to problems and was unusually knowledgeable about root causes of problems that were of concern to us.
