A comprehensive inspection report by Foster was helpful beyond expectation. Several issues noted in the report were not visible to the eye but critical to understanding the status of the property. Foster went through the entire home, attic crawl spaces to the basement, interior and exterior. He welcomed me to accompany him throughout the house, explaining the systems, the findings and encouraging any questions. His explanations were thorough; his answers very considerate.
